Education Qualification:

District Training Coordinator: Masters Degree in Social Science/Sociology/Social Anthropology/Social Work/MBA/Economics/Rural Devolopment/Mass Communication

• Preference will be given to candidates having experience in ASHA programme and any other health programme as Coordinator at least for I year.
• Knowledge in MS Office & Internet. 
• Ability to communicate effectively and to work hard. 
• Willing to travel extensively. 
• Should be a resident of the same district where he/she is applying.   

Assistant Training Coordinator: Masters degree with minimurs I year of full time experience in Health/P&RD/Social Welfare projects/programmes OR Graduate with minimum 3 years of full time experience in Health/P&RD/Social Welfare projects/programmes

• Preference will be given to candidates having experience as Manager/Coordinator in any health project/health programme for at least I year.
• Well yersed in MS Office & Internet.
• Ability to communicate effectively (both'verbal & written) in English and Bengali and to work hard.
• Should be a resident of the same district where he/she is applying.

District Trainer: Educational Qualification: At least Graduate in any discipline.

•  Age should not exceed 35 years as on 01.07.2021 for fresher candidates and that would be relaxed for the candidates, having experience in ASHA Training Programme.

• Preference will be given to candidates having experience in training

• Good communication skill and a flair for conducting training.

• Must be a resident of the same district for which application is being made. 

• Must be willing to carry out extensive field visit as per programme norms.

Age Limit (As On 01/07/2021):

• District Training Coordinator-  not exceed 40 years 
• Assistant Training Coordinator-  not exceed 40 years 
• District Trainer-  not exceed 35 years

Salary (Honorarium Per Month): 

• District Training Coordinator- 15,000/- Month
• Assistant Training Coordinator-  11,000/- Month
• District Trainer- 1,000/- Session
